July 1/2 Case Club Red | Salut Fine Wine and Spirits :: 5907 Gull ...

Massimo, Spain

Brilliant garnet in color, Massimo Rioja is a medium-bodied, lushly textured wine with a fruit-forward, new world style. Exuberant raspberry and cherry notes are scented with herbs and a touch of vanilla on the lingering finish. Pairings: Versatile with food, enjoy Massimo Rioja with tapas, roast pork, savory chickpea and chorizo stew, whole grilled fish stuffed with rosemary and onions, or ripe Brie and Manchego cheeses.

?Norfolk Rise, Australia

Medium dark crimson red. Fine, ripe and restrained Cabernet Sauvignon nose with earthy notes and cedar spice, very subdued blackcurrants and just a touch of violet perfume. Rich, dark berry fruits on the palate with a spine of firm lingering tannins. Try with rare-seared steak, roast beef, filet mignon, baked aubergines with parmesan.

?Lange Twins Zinfandel, California

Opens nicely with an intense ripe raspberry, black cherry fruit, and light spice notes. The aroma carries over to the flavor with the berry fruit mingled with warm cinnamon toast and a welcoming vanilla finish. It?s an approachable and inviting wine!

?Tenuta Curezza, Italy (Salut?s Wine of The Year)

Medium Bodied, dry, medium acidity, light-average tannin, moderate-high intensity, plum, spicy, black cherry, medium-long finish. Goes well with roasted meat, game and aged cheese. Serve at 64 F

?Pietra Santa Sacred Stone Master?s Red Blend, California

This Rhone style blend features aromas of black raspberries and black cherries. The rustic and rich flavors include plum, black raspberry, tobacco and earth with a lingering finish The Wine Buyer 90 Points.

?Villabella Montemazzano, Italy

The appearance here is beautiful: thick and brooding with dark garnet highlights. The nose is immediately attractive thanks to its sweet tones of cherry, hints of the Corvina with notes of spices and red berries. The mouthfeel is exceedingly plush and rich
