People are connecting with each other in incredible ways, sometimes in the comments section of Internet videos.
With an offer to help, Josh Deutsch posted his number in the Remake America comments. He had seen Episode 2 of Remake America and how Bill and Donna's lives were upended by a medical emergency and a deeply unfavorable retail economy.
But Josh could help them.
Josh operates a family-run printing plant in Ohio and offered to produce 1,000 or more flyers, which could help Bill reach new customers.
"Whatever you need you'll get," Josh told them.
In 2011, Bill had pinned his hopes on a business plan: his new family-run hardware store, and things weren't looking up. Not many customers knew about Bill's store and, at the same time, the couple was notified their home was being foreclosed.
That Bill was confronted with a zero-sum game with his home was an immediate source of frustration and sadness. He had repeated dusted himself - reinvented himself multiple times! - after a stroke, a layoff and and more.
Bill and Donna were eager to partner with Josh and spread the word. In there eyes, there was still hope that, just maybe, the hardware store could generate enough revenue to reverse their now-foreseeable homelessness and the plight that an unfavorable economy and medical emergency had wrought.
Bill and Donna were overjoyed by Josh's offer and quickly made arrangements - where else - via the worldwide web.
