The high rents

A book proposal

From [Your Name]

OVERVIEW

How many people are paying high rents? All. But there are no books on the subject.

High rents is the first book on this topic from the perspective of the tenant to search. E 'divided into two chapters. One chapter is devoted to high rents. Chapter Two is about muchwith high rents. The book amounts to 75 000 words in length and be ready one year after receipt of payment.

Marketing and Promotion

This book is for anyone who pays the rent appeal, and that includes 53 percent of the population of the United States, for a total of 41 million adults. Another market is responsible for the attorneys, landlords and tenants. A market will be more book clubs and libraries.

High rents can be promoted on radio andTV. I will be available to the media. I have already appeared on the radio when I was a guest "What is" Radio WCDB-AM in Paducah. I write occasional column in the local newspaper, and I promote the book there as well. I already have interest from two TV producers who receive a local from the ABC and other news from the local CBS channel. This is a good indication that my book is to generate massive publicity, ifpublished.

BOOKS COMPETITION

There is only one book in the competition, and is authorized by author John RENT (Publisher competitors Books, 2007), but his book does not deal with high rents. Unlike my book will focus exclusively on high rents and will be of interest to more people, because everyone wants to avoid the high rents.

Chapter Summary

Chapter 1 ? high rents.

The first chapter tells of high rents in the United States. It is in fifty sub-sections, each divided by one of the states. I examine the statistical frequency of the high rents in each state. This is not a boring book, because I throw in jokes about high rents of each section.

Chapter 2 ? How to deal with high rents.

The second part of the book is36 ways to deal with high rents. These methods include more money by paying in installments, pay by credit cards, loans from relatives, loans from banks, sublet ends, a lease sale in the movement, and other methods. Each method will be discussed with many examples of real life.

Analysis of samples from THIS BOOK PROPOSAL

This example of aproposed book is much shorter than a proposal for a real book, of course, but it gives you all the important functions. The first thing that will connect the details, the interested reader contains. This is a section of marketing and advertising activities in which I'll tell you who your book and how to advertise the book to buy. In general, this is by competing books where they talk about similar books and stress, followed, because it is yourbetter.

Then discuss your credentials in the section about the author. Whatever you give an editor who trusted member here, even if you have large imprint.

Then list the chapter, which is basically just a table of contents for your book to follow. And this one with short summaries of the chapters. Note that my summaries of the chapters are only one point each. That's all you need.

Then add one or two sample chapters. In this case, since theentire book is only two chapters, we are only attaching a chapter.

Here you will find many examples in the book suggestions and online books, but I remember my most important advice. Select an example for the proposal of the books and use it to write your own. Too many of you are confused, perhaps. If you choose wisely, you have a great model and is a good start in writing the book proposal.
