Rihanna shows off 'sassy' River Island collection at London Fashion Week

The singer swapped the stage for the catwalk on Saturday night as she presented her debut collection for high street shop River Island at the Old Sorting Office in Central London.

The show, which featured bra tops, thigh-split skirts and boots, was one of the most anticipated events of London Fashion Week.

Speaking backstage after the show, Rihanna said: "The girl that would wear this is full of personality, full of sass, but just loves fashion ? most of all, they love fashion.

"They want to express themselves through what they wear and that's what I like to do."
